Dr. Downey Has A New Partner!

Thanks to your kind patronage, the growth of Downey Plastic Surgery has been stupendous! In keeping with our commitment of prompt service to you, Dr. Downey has recruited and successfully joined with Dr. Josh Cooper in practice. Like Dr. Downey, Josh trained in both General Surgery for five years, followed by a Plastic Surgery residency. Josh has been in Indianapolis, Indiana for the past two years for his Plastic Surgery training.

Josh is married to Emily Cooper MD, an internist, also resuming her Seattle practice.

Josh brings along with his great technical skills the gifts of compassion, great listening skills, and a drive to provide great patient care. We are very excited to enrich Downey Plastic Surgery with Dr. Cooper's talents.

Expect him to begin seeing patients in September 2008.
