For the ninth year, Dr. Downey has also been chosen by his peers as one of Seattle's Top Doctors in the Seattle Magazine publication! This on the heels of being named in Seattle Metro Magazine as a "Best Plastic Surgeon"!

Seattle Magazine sent a survey to more than 11,000 doctors in Western Washington, asking them to name the doctor they would visit themselves or recommend to a loved one in need of care.

As a result of this survey, Dr. Downey was named both as a Top Cosmetic Surgeon in Washington, and also as a Top Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon too! The Seattle Magazine issue with the survey results and the listing featuring Dr. Downey will be available for purchase September 2008.
