For elective cosmetic treatments, you will receive an estimate of fees during your initial consultation. Time in an operating room is a precious resource, therefore, full payment for your procedure will be due two weeks prior to the surgery for the date to be held.

Payments are accepted in the form of:

• Cash
• Personal Checks
• Cashiers Checks
• Credit or Debit (Visa or MasterCard)
• Gift certificates

For patients having insurance-reimbursed operations, their out-of-pocket portion of the estimated charges of Dr. Downey’s care will be collected at their pre-surgical visit. This portion will be quoted to you once we obtain preauthorization from your insurance company before scheduling, so you will have plenty of advance notice.
